Online Registration

The Tupelo Parks and Recreation Department hosts all registration online. When registration closes, it does so at midnight on the last day of registration.

Coaches Clinics

TSA Plans to host two coaches clinics prior to the start of the spring season.  The first being for the 10U and 13U age groups only, which will focus mostly on “How Do I Teach Fastpitch Pitching?” will be held at the Dugout on January 27th.  This will be a 3-hour intensive, hands-on, session on the mechanics of the fastpitch pitching motion.  The second clinic will be available for all coaches (t-ball through 13U) and will focus on the teaching ques for the general fundamentals of fielding, throwing, hitting, and base running and will also be held at the Dugout, on February 10th.

Director’s Cup

Tupelo Department of Parks & Recreation (or TDPR) will continue to host a double elimination post season for 8U (coach pitch) through 13U.  Teams will compete during the season for league standings.  At the end of the season, all teams will participate in Director’s Cup Tournament based on their rankings.  We feel this is a way for teams and players to highlight their skills they have worked on throughout the regular season by competing in a friendly and fun environment.

4-Year-Old T-Ball

TSA will continue to offer a 4-year old developmental T-Ball program.  Please call with any questions.

Coaches Corner

We are always in need of willing volunteers to coach in our recreational league.  It is a great opportunity to be a positive influence on the young lives of those in our community, as well as giving back to a sport that has probably been a part of your life in some way.  Please consider coaching, even if you’ve never coached before, we will equip you with the basics, and be a resource for your continuing education through the sport of softball through clinics and training tips shared weekly through our social media pages.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Each year TSA has a need for sponsorships. Through sponsorships we are able to keep the costs of participation at a minimum.  If you, or anyone you know, is interested in sponsoring a team or field, please call Sheila Runnels at 841-6440.  This is a great opportunity for community involvement for all of our sponsors.

Tupelo Softball Association
